Everyone experiences periods of time in their life when things are difficult and hope is hard to find. Try to keep a few things in mind; yes, they sound like clichés, but clichés are born because they contain a core of truth that is continuously reaffirmed: There is always hope. There is always something to learn from life’s obstacles. Everything happens for a reason. Yes, sometimes we can’t fathom the reason, but it’s there somewhere waiting to be discovered.
